Licensed as a realtor for 19 years, Stephanie Corcoran specializes in the dynamic West Side real estate market. Joining Re/Max in 1988, she is a RE/MAX 100% Club member, RE/MAX Hall of Fame member, Master Medallion Club member (top 7% of all realtors in the Vancouver Real Estate Board).

A Registered Relocation Specialist, Stephanie has a thorough knowledge of the diverse Westside market. Whether you are in the market for an estate property in Shaughnessy, a cozy bungalow, or a condominium in Vancouver ’s thriving Downtown, Stephanie knows the market. Her ability to quickly assess her client, their needs and communicate effectively with people has contributed to her success in all areas of real estate sales.

Stephanie is very committed to organized real estate and has served in a various volunteer and elected positions within the Real Estate Industry over the past 10 years. Most recently Stephanie is a past president of the REBGV and a past Director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association which represents 12 Real Estate Boards throughout B.C.

An avid golfer, Stephanie is the founder and Co-Chair of the “ChickswithSticks” golf tournament. This well known and all women’s event has raised over $200,000 for breast cancer research in the past 6 years.

Stephanie also served on the RE/MAX Institutional Advertising Committee for 6 years, most recently as Chairperson for the 32 member committee. The I.A. Committee administers a $300,000+ local advertising budget for all the Lower Mainland Re/Max offices.
